General Guest Information

Normally we have a 2 Night minimum for all lodging.

Check In time is 2:00 p.m. or after and Check Out is 10:00 a.m. or before.

Note: If checking in after 5 p.m., please let us know so we can direct you to your unit as the office may be closed for the day.

All but two of our units are designed for 2 guests.  If an additional guest stays the charge is $20 per person per night.

PLEASE . . . No Pets !
                 No Smoking in Suites !  (all of the units have porches and most are covered)
Subsequent guests might be allergic - please help us out with this, thanks.

Reserve early as our lodging is limited.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
Failure to cancel 30 days in advance of your scheduled arrival date will result in full charges.
Upon arrival, you may pay with cash, check, or a major credit card - 8.5% sales tax will apply to lodging.

We want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Our goal is that you will feel a part of the ranch.
When you leave the highway and travel the 3 miles into the valley
 we hope you can just leave the world behind.
Many repeat visitors return to the Ranch, year after year.
